A check off my list

Since baking has turned from a hobby into a part-time job, I don't get to bake for "fun" as much I used to. I have lists of things (mostly in my head) of things I want to make/try/create/etc. When Michael got a new job, I took full advantage of the situation and made a rainbow cake! I've been wanting to make one for SO LONG...but it's hard to justify making a cake for no reason. It turned out perfectly! I'm usually a big critic of EVERYTHING I make...but I love the way this looks. The picks on top were a little more cluttered than I planned, but still, I have no complaints.

Congrats Cupcakes

Congrats

After shopping countless hours (both online and in stores)....I just wasn't satisfied with the 'congrats' cupcake decorations. I decided to make my own. I printed 'congrats' on a piece of paper and then cut it out and put it on cute scrapbook paper.

These turned out better than anything I have seen in stores!
